This mount drops from the Last boss of 5 man dungeon Stratholme located in East Plagueland, It is very easy to obtain despite the drop rate is less than 1%, you can just reset the dungeon and go through again and hope this time will drop. This mount is valuable for alliance players because  it is the only skeleton horse mount you can ride as an alliance player.

Top 6 Reins of the  Winterspring  Frostsaber

This is an Alliance player only obtainable mount through about daily quest located in 46.6 17.6 Winterglade. Alliance players have to finish about 20 daily quests given by NPC Rivern Frostwind. It is a unique saber color in comparison with other sabers you can buy from the mount vendors.

Top 7 Rivendare's Deathcharge

Top 5 Whistle Of the Venomhide Ravasaur

This is a Horde player only obtainable mount through about daily quest located in Ungro. Horde players have to do 20 daily quests. This mount is special because it has very cool skin color than any other Raptors.  

Top 4 Qiraji Battle Tank

There are about 4 different color battle tank in this Raid. Normally, once you have mastered the mounts you can use them anywhere in the world. However, these 4 battle tank mounts only unusable in the Temple of Qiraji and have a very high drop rate from trash mops. The good news is that they do count in your total mounts and achievements for mounts. It only takes like 15 minutes to farm these mounts.

Top 3 Swift Razzashi Raptor

At the first sight, you may say this is just a green raptor and there is no surprise about that. However, this mount is no longer drop available from the current client. This mount drops from the Old 60  

Top 2 Swift Zulian Tiger

This is an Alliance player only obtainable mount through about daily quest located in 46.6 17.6 Winterglade. Alliance players have to finish about 20 daily quests given by NPC Rivern Frostwind. It is a unique saber color in comparison with other sabers you can buy from the mount vendors.
